Terms and Conditions

BOOKING:

Customers may make reservations by telephone or Email with Marmaris Rentals. When contact is made we will endeavour to reply within 24 hours. Reservation is official only when confirmed by Marmaris Rentals in writing.

PAYMENTS - COST OF RESERVATIONS - RESERVATION VOUCHER:

Upon receipt of confirmation of reservation to the customer no money will be required. The full payment must be made to Marmaris Rentals on delivery day along with the security deposit referred to below. Turkish Central Bank exchange rates on the day before delivery will apply to local currency payments.

MINIMUM PERIOD OF RENTAL - PRICES:

The minimum rental period is one week. Prices are per booking per week. In circumstances beyond our control, Marmaris Rentals reserves the right to change conditions of rentals, which will be communicated to customers immediately. Prices may change in accordance with changes in the costs of tourist services and products, although once written confirmation has been sent from Marmaris rentals prices will not change. There will be no refund on items rented, unless faulty and replacement cannot be provided immediately. Rental equipment is due back on the date/time printed on the Rental Receipt.

DELIVERY and COLLECTION - ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:

Arrival and departure times will be needed for final rental confirmation for delivery purposes. Any modifications of time of arrivals or departures must be communicated to Marmaris Rentals at least 3 days prior to guarantee correct delivery of item. In case of unforeseen delay on the day of arrival the client must contact Marmaris Rentals as soon as aware of delay. Customer must have prior agreement with hotel or apartment management that their rental item will be allowed to be used on their premises. On Delivery of items customer must agree to and sign our release from liability form.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:

The client must pay Marmaris Rentals a security deposit which will be 50% of the value of the item(s) hired , which is payable at the start of rental. The deposit will be returned to the client at departure, unless item is lost or damaged. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were rented.

RESPONSIBILITY:

In case of any problems with the items, the client must communicate them to Marmaris Rentals as soon as possible. The client must undertake to give Marmaris Rentals reasonable time to resolve any such problem. Customers must use rented items in the correct way explained to them on delivery. Marmaris Rentals accept no liability for any injuries received from items rented from the company. Customers are responsible for the rental equipment, from the time the equipment is rented until the time it is returned, including damage and theft of rental equipment.

CANCELLATION:

Marmaris Rentals may in exceptional circumstances cancel the contract in whole or in part without penalty. Communication will be sent advising of cancellation immediately.
